The Warmup

Started by the cars. Ran around front hill & ended at tennis courts.

The Thang

  1. At tennis courts, Agassis (tennis court suicides) 10 calf raises at each line.

  3. Run to track behind office.
  4. Bojangles Biscuit – sprint straightaways & mosey curves

  6. Run to buses
  7. Partners – run around buses, partner does total burns
    • AMRAP – Total Burn
  8. Run to awnings near buses.
    • Butkus – rapid step ups on a curb for 60secs, 30sec rest, then another 60secs, rest 30, 60secs
    • Ballerinas – Toe Squats
  9. AMRAP – derckens

“Don’t we need to be on the tennis courts for Agassis?” Hairband says. Nobody dared him to go fight the elderly man waiting for his tennis partner, so he lucked out.

Chastain requested he be allowed to rename the AMRAP to As Many Reps as I Feel Like (AMRAIFL). He got a look of mockery, considering it had just been renamed AMBAP (As Much Bonhoeffer As Possible).

During our AMRAP airpresses (Jack Webbs w/o Merckens), 5 of us burnt out somewhere after 100, but Siggy and Hairband had a EarFlapper Showdown. Announcement: short arms really do help with airpresses. Nice work with 213 (in a row), Hairband!
