The Panthers hangover was well played out amongst the Pax today. Numbers reflected that downtrodden Pax were unwilling to get out of bed. Despite that 13 true men of valor got the H up and did hard work. Job well done.
Brushback author
Nice Q today. Firm but fair. Appreciated the variety. Note to future Qs – turf field retains a bit of moisture so anything on the ground will get you wet. Not a great combo when it is near freezing.
Heard a loud whooshing sound a few times as we rounded out the Brushback Experience with 400m repeats with pain stations. Thought it was the Blue Angels still cruising around after their Panthers Stadium flyover but it was just Rosie, Purcell and Frazier doing some track work. Glad we avoided a collision because some scientists believe that high speed collisions with subatomic particles can spin off mini black holes. That would certainly ruin this pristine AO and probably get Doc McStuffins kicked out of the PTA.
Not sure what TD was doing but his bear crawl looked suspiciously like just dragging his knuckles along the ground while he ran. Set a course record today I believe.
Did we ever find out what those blue lacrosse field lines were called? Odd choice by the Q given the American Football white lines were only about 24 inches back.
As we ran past the bridge of pain, I swear I heard the rocks cry out to us. Alas today they would go unused and forgotten.
