If you have a brother, you know your relationship can be complex. We are family, friends and rivals – all in one! It’s a sacred relationship unlike any other. Two weeks ago, Joe Maxim’s (Dumpster Fire) brother Tom passed away. Grieving is difficult and we can’t “fix” this with a single workout, but I do know it’s hard to sweat and cry at the same time.
