Head over to Serendipity Lane stopping for for Merkins x 10, Squats x 10, 4 CT Flutter Kicks x 10.

Get moving to Raintree Lane stopping for Merkins x 10, Squats x 10, 4 CT Flutter Kicks x 10.

Mosey to Smokerise stopping for Merkins x 10, Squats x 10, 4 CT Flutter Kicks x 10.

Move over to Rising Meadow stopping for Merkins x 10, Squats x 10, 4 CT Flutter Kicks x 10.

While we’re here, lets partner up at Rising Meadow. Partner 1 runs up to the second street light while Partner 2 performs called exercise, flapjack. Round 1 LBCs, Round 2 Squats.

Let’s head back tot he start point, stopping at Burning Tree for Merkins x 10, Squats x 10, 4 CT Flutter Kicks x 10.

One more stop at Woodfox and Strawberry, Merkins x 10, Squats x 10, 4 CT Flutter Kicks x 10.

Return to the bus lot for 2 rounds of AYG sprints.

• Solid work by the PAX today, YHC wanted to keep us moving a bit and together. A quick tour of Raintree, AKA “Fast Twitch Lite” was in order. 10 reps at each stop as today is my 2.0’s 10th birthday, thank you for indulging me.
• Semi Gloss opted out of  he Donut Run after tackling the LC at Fast Twitch and is getting faster.
• Semi Gloss heckled some Donut Runners on his way in to Death Valley, we did no see any on the way to Raintree.
• Floor Slapper was on time, his alarm clock must be off.
• Dollywood is fast, YHC could hear him coming up Rising Meadow in spite of a head start. He should start thinking about the BRR, no pressure.
• As we headed down 51 towards Raintree YHC heard Smokey say “You know we have to run back.” Semi Gloss, Site Q Emeritus assured him there was a loop.
• Smokey smoked me on the AYG, he always brings it.
• Pudding Pop always putting in the work, he shirt was soaked after COP.
• Good seeing Huggy Bear out there again.
• Benny has his VQ coming up in 2 weeks, looking forward to it.
• We’re donating burpees to Cadre Danny, see below.
