Anyone looking for a mid-week run? Maybe even a recovery run from Swift or a tempo run. Well, I am. So, please join me at the Dunkin Donuts at Rea/Colony at 5:15am for a 6 mile run. Run easy (like me) or run hard or tempo it or run it backwards. I don’t really care. Run how you see fit.
Afterwards, we shall enjoy a tasty donut (or 2) and a cup of coffee at Dunkin.
