Warmup run once around track and then to parking lot
– Side Straddle Hops (25)
– Merkins (10, 4-count)
– Mountain Climbers (22)
– Imperial Walkers (20)
– Low Slow Squats (15)
Mosy to dugout
— do 15s
— start with 14 push-ups at top of hill, 1 squat at bottom — then 13/2, etc.
— again with burpees/jump squats but total of 9 instead of 15
Mosy to Track
— partner up
— partner 1, 1 lap on track
— partner 2, pull ups
— flapjack
plank, right leg high, left leg high, etc
Mosy to wall by school
— Wall sit for one minute with 50 arm raises
— Wall sit for one minute with 60 raises
Mosy back to parking lot
— Count of 25 pax

Booyah now reporting – We had 2 FNGs this week. Sanka brought Elizabeth(hospital name is King so … and Safelight and Boerewors brought Haka. He hails from New Zealand but Outback was already taken(yes, we know the Outback is in Australia) so he for some reason gets a wonderful and non-embarrassing name.
Another STRONG turnout at Peak 51. Hope we don’t get skeered once the weather turns cold.
