Evidently the intended Q for today had been drinking since last Friday and said he wouldn’t feel fresh enough to deliver a solid Q.  So he texts me?  Odd.  I’ve also been on the teet since last week but I’m a professional I guess #YOLO

When I saw Gummy running in I knew he’d appreciate what was planned.  More running.  I didn’t do the BRR so this no running for awhile stuff can zip a lip.  He certainly didn’t disappoint letting me know I’d lost all credibility since I didn’t know where the loop was but the committee finally settled down and led us to where we needed to go.

Looked like Queen, Curd and Marge pretty much led the way on the loop with Bounce dragging Fireman Ed and Stage to the #six with him.  Bounce claims his cotton sweats keep him weighed down so he has promised a banana hammock, and only a banana hammock, in the near future to showcase his real speed.

The ole’ Nebraskan (who I mistakenly called Curd after the workout – my apologies) decided to perform kegels in lieu of the squats #awkward.  He was just saving his energy for the sprints.

Running the Foxworth hill backwards x 5 was a bit aggressive.  You will thank me later today for those.

Welcomed Cooter to his first weekday F3 workout.  #urwelcome.  Keep coming out brother.

Appreciate Hops taking us out in prayer.  PRAY FOR OUR CITY GENTLEMEN.

“I’ll recognize the road name when I see it.” Yep, we were in good hands this morning as Spackler led us into the OP darkness. Once we found the elusive loop though, all was well. Actually, that loop is a nice addition to the Hydra repertoire – long and hilly enough to suck, but not bad enough that Bugeater can’t do it.

Fireman Ed is a #runner. Fast Twitch post, and then 3.5 miles this morning at Hydra. Ragnar ready.

Good times this morning, fellas. Don’t judge me by my pace on the run back home. I was cooked.

Kegels are apparently good for controlling urinary incontinence…so Bug’s got that going for him. T-claps to Cooter for pushing hard. The 45 minutes probably felt longer but keep coming out. Fireman Ed is definitely running better these days. Gummy is not. Thankful Marge & Queen kept the Q from getting the pax lost. Good group and appreciate Spackler making it worth the effort for sure.

Who is Stagecoach?

Glad I got my Q3 workout post in the books. I had to ask Spackler what’s a merkin? Plus, I’m so out of routine that I locked myself out of my truck after the workout. T-claps to Hops for driving me home to pick up a spare set.

Not sure that Spackler is your best source for trying to determine what a merkin is.

Spackler, that was a ton more running then I expected, but I enjoyed the course. However, I have never seen someone so set on directions when he had no idea where he was! But we got there and it was hard.

Good to see a few faces back in the gloom, Stage Coach, Chico’s 1st post BRR, Cooter and Bug. Well, Bug has been getting back out, but still happy to see him.

Fireman Ed is in running shape, ready to crush Ragnar!

Queen was crushing it out their and Solid work to Uber, I mean Hops. Stage Coach with a rookie move…

Finally, I am not one to give Gummy Credit, but 2 miles in and out had to suck after the main event, solid!
