Sensational Birthday Q from Hacker. This is supposed to be moderate and it was a moderate as 300 Merkins, 200 squats and 105 burpees can be. We welcomed FNG Daisy Duke this AM. He works for Habitat for Humanity and was pretty fast until round two of Hacker’s Moderate workout. Also, Strikeout made his F3 return after two years of Achilles rehab and said he felt pretty good.
