Fun group today.  Fun workout.  Not too easy, not too tough.  Thankful that the humidity decided to take a break although that only helped a little.  Some observations:

• Semi Gloss looked as if he strolled straight from the Knights game to the AO this AM.  Smelled like it too
• Body Bag looked to be reeling from England’s loss to the triumphant vikings of Iceland – Puddin was still a bit tearful as well
• Got so caught up in my own cave, looking to the heavens for answers, and crashed into the back of Runstopper, who to his credit was walking on the far left.  My bad sir.
• Speaking of Runstopper, good to have him back after his 8 week Holiday in the EU
• Good to see Gummy back after his 2 week wild wild west adventure – fact of the day – Utah only sells 4% beer.  Gross
• FNG – Smoggies – Body Bags BIL –  named for the town he is from in England (Middleborough) where they evidently have all the nuclear power plants
• FNG – Bubbly named for his Miller High Life shirt
• Big thanks to SG who led us out in prayer as we embark on our various journeys this week
