Yucca repeats plus a twist

Tiger Rag made me promise no exercises, and something about not doing something else that I didn’t quite understand. Anyway, here’s the plan for tomorrow:

0515 – launch from greenway lot and head for Mountainview.

Hill repeats with a twist. Run up Mountainview slight right on Old Bell to continue going to the top of the hill (yucca). Backward run to the end of the cul de sac and back to the yucca. Recover run down. Repeat until 6:05.

Run down Wilby, right on Wilby. Stop at the Griswold flag for Pledge of Allegiance. AYG back to the launch point.
