At mile 1: Stop at Sloppys house to do exercise with concrete pavers (30 lb each): 20 overhead press, 20 squats, 20 overhead press, 20 squats
At mile 2: wheelbarrow with partner for 100 yards
At mile 3: Indian run sprints to the finish

Moleskin: It was great to have Beano join us from Raleigh while on a business trip. It was a great morning for a workout and except for Funny Farms run in with a hornet, all was pretty smooth.
