The Moleskin:
A quiet group this morning, but that only meant they were more focused on the task at hand – setting the tempo high and putting in work.
YHC planned a tough workout, but with all of us finishing each round together, there were hardly any chances to catch a breath. With that tempo, this workout went from difficult to extreme, and each of the PAX dug deep to finish it. Strong work by all.
Thanks to Dollywood for the takeout and to Fletch and Harley for the chance to lead.
