Unofficial underwater Impromptu workout

8 PAX posted in the flooded Gloom of Cuthbertson Middle School today for a relentless beat down. Since it was raining pretty hard we immediately Mosey to the covered area at the entrance of the school
The warm up:
COP
50 SSH IC
50 Mountain Climbers IC
50 Imperial Walkers IC
20 Merkins IC
30 LBC
30 Squats IC

The Thang:
On your own:
10 Burpees
10 Box Jumps
10 Derkins
10 Dips
Then:
15 Burpees
15 Box jumps
15 Derkins
15 Dips

Modified Ring of Fire:
Run 1 loop around the media at the from of the school, gather back at the entrance for:
15 Merkins IC
30 LBC IC
30 Dips IC
30 SSH to recover
Then run another loop and gather back at entrance for:
15 Carolina Dry docks
30 Bicycle
20 Dips
30 SSH to recover
Then run a third loop and gather once again for:
10 Diamond Push Ups
20 Flutters
15 Dips
30 SSH to recover

Mosey to grass area next to school entrance.
Then did some Jack Webbs, started as usual with 1 Merkin and 4 shoulder presses working our way up to 10 Merkins and 40 Shoulder presses.
Mosey back to school entrance for:
50 SSH
40 Imperial walkers
30 LBC

Moleskin
Most of the PAX brought their finest rain gear to stay dry, which ended up on the ground at the school entrance rather fast since they started getting overheated. I have to admit that I pushed this guys pretty hard today and everybody pushed through it and did their best, I can definitely see gains, all this guys are frequent posters and it shows.
