Join us at South Charlotte Middle School for 0515 launch of Mountain Goat. We are 4 weeks out from the Joe Davis Run, and that is our working goal for our training.
Tomorrow we will be doing the following:
1. Warm-up; Stretching
2. 400m at I-pace, 800m at 5k pace, 400m at I-pace followed by 5 min rest/recovery jog x 3 or 4 (depending on time)
3. Cool down; Stretching
This workout develops a lot of components of improved running, and really helps you on finishing strong. We will regroup in between sets, i.e. during the 5 min recovery/rest jog.
