18 men met at The Charge in the mild doom and gloom of Nov-18th with DDs as Q with plenty of Monkey Humpers on hand!
Jog around campus and parking lot for warm-up with: Side steps, high knees, butt kickers, backward job, skip, lunge walk fwds and lunge walk backwards. Continue jog to upper campus and basketball court area.
