Pick a partner and start at level 1
- One burpee and then backward run halfway up ramp and cross over to level two
- Sprint to beginning of ramp up to three – 2 explosive merkins
- Wheel barrow halfway up ramp and cross over to level three
- Sprint to beginning of ramp up to four – 3 jumping lunges
- Bear crawl up to level 4 – 4 decline merkins
- Run down middle stair case to level 1
- 1 wall jump over and then back
Repeat the circuit five times, increasing count of each exercise as follows
- Burpees – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc (if we get past 5 full circuits)
- Explosive merkins – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10
- Jumping lunges – 3, 6, 9, 12, 15
- Decline merkins – 4, 8, 12, 16, 20
- Wall jumps – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (really 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 since we have to jump over and back)
Should be sucktastic and winner gets Centurion bragging rights for one whole week.
