What an absolute glorious morning.  10 of Area 51’s finest decided to forsake the fartsack for another weekly installment of the Hydra.  I would say they’re all better for, but you’d have to ask them.

Mosey from school lot, down the sidewalk to top of Rea and Windyrush.  Start down Windyrush stopping at each street light on left for CDDx15 (+/- 5 street lights), stopping at Foxworth.

7’s on Foxworth; Dive-bomber merkins at top, jump squats at bottom.

Mosey from Foxworth through the darkest trail ever to the football field.

Partner up, size is of some matter, speed matters not.

Partner 1 does 10 over/unders while Partner 2 planks

Run 100 yards, flapjack, run 100 yards back.

Mosey to Concession area for circuit work:

Dips x 30

Jump/step ups x 20

Derkins x 10

Repeato

Mosey to playground area, partner back up.

Partner 1 does AMRAP pull ups, Partner 2 hops outfield fence, runs to home plate and back, flapjack

Involving Olde Providence the neighborhood is fun in theory, but sure sucks in the gloom.  7’s are stupid, 11’s are downright criminal.  Lots of Hicks from French Licks out there, pretty much everyone in the PAX listing above as YHC was the 6.

Good Hands decided to step on the one twig on Foxworth, sorry brother, get some ice on that ankle.

Chelms is fast, very fast.  50 is just a number, and My God does he show it.  Kotters to Chico as he was back after a broken hand softball incident in July; stayed on Chelms’ heels during 7’s.  #steeeerong

The Foxworth trail was eerily dark this morning.  A mosey turned into a PAX looking like zombies from The Walking Dead.  Hands out to feel for trees, looking for the light, but we made it!  Cobains brothers, should’ve tweeted about a headlamp or two last night.

Nice dewey grass for over/unders, certainly helped with the glide underneath the plank.
