Gloomy Wednesday morning at the Charge with a full group highly committed men.  Bullwinkle made it, even with sponsoring a kids slumber party the night before.  Chowda arrived, albeit JIT, but also after a night on the town.   

Our title event, Tunnel of Love, was easily handled by the PAX.   AstroTurf on the PDS athletic field was helpful and PAX held on for 3 rounds and 50 yards, despite the rug burn and mouthful of rubber pellets.

The Thang:

COT

• SSH X 20
• Squat X 20
• Heels to Heaven X 20
• Merkin X 20

Mosey to track and partner up with partner 1 running clockwise and partner 2 counter clockwise. Each time partner was passed we did an exercise.  

• Set 1 – 10 dive bombers , 20 total
• Set 2 –  10 star jacks 20 total
• Set 3 – 10 burpies, 20 total

Mosey to goal line on athletic field:

• Wheel barrow to midfield, bear crawl to 25 yd line and lunge walk to goal 
• Set 2 Wheel Barrow to midfield, crab walk to 25 and lunge walk to goal
• Set 3, Tunnel of Love to 50 , burpie long jump, lunge walk

Track work

• Partner 1 run lap on track while partner 2 did merkins X 20; LBC X 20 Squat X 20 plank until partner returns, flapjack
• Set 2 Partner 1 run a lap while partner 2 did merkins x 20 and LBC X20 and plank until partner returns, flapjack
• Set 3 Partner 1 run lap while partner 2 did plank until partner 1 returns, flapjack
