- 1 mile AYG to Harris Teeter and back to OP lot
- Playground by the fields: 10 pullups / 20 incline merkins / 40 Freddy Mercury
- Concession stand: 20 derkins
- Football field: 10 burpee broad jumps / backwards run rest of field / AYG back to wooded path
- run through to Foxworth: up hill to stop sign 30 merkins, back to bottom of hill for 10 hand release burpees
- back to football field and complete stations back through to playground
- Repeat until time is called for 1 mile AYG to Harris Teeter (aka the worst mile in sports)
