An outsider/rebel/Anvil-regular stumbled into Death Valley ready to make peace and dish out an appropriate level of punishment.  I was welcomed with piercing stares and so it went down like this…..

Thanks to Semi and Stagecoach for the invite to Q.  Enjoyed it.  Keep me in the rotation.

I recommend we all switch it up from time to time and get to other AOs.  It’s great to see pax we don’t usually see and to workout in unfamiliar territory.  Only my second visit to DV and I look forward to future posts.  That fresh new track is quite nice.

Larry Birds on the burpee mile were Runstopper and Donkey Kong; crushing it.  Both finished shirtless…not surprising.  Next burpee mile i call will be declared “shirtless” burpee mile.  Several mumbles for audibles on most of the calls so i consider it a job well done.

Welcome Mike N – Enigma. Honestly not sure how we came up with this one.  He’s a data services consultant from Columbia SC. Keep coming out and make sure to hook up with the Columbia pax.

Great effort, no injuries, short 6, successful day.

Good beatdown this AM, Brushback! Don’t worry, those Anvil guys will get over your betrayal!

My only problem was at the very beginning of partner carry, I spoke up and asked if size matters and I believe the response was, no! No offense Delta (one of Gummy’s boyz) but he had a flew more LB’s than me. I know some of you know I am a big supporter of my Hoka shoes, but I could actually feel him decompression them! All good as he pushed hard today!

Gummy, you have an interesting way of working with your vendor. Welcome, Enigma.

Lastly, the hand-release burpee was a stupid call for the burpee mile! I guess I am better for it…thanks
